We are looking for an experienced EHS Officer to join our team and drive Environment, Health Safety excellence across our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with EHS statutory requirements and company policies
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
- Manage ISO 14001 ISO 45001 systems and related audits
- Lead safety training, emergency preparedness, and awareness programs
- Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives
- Coordinate contractor safety and permit-to-work systems
- Drive continuous improvement in workplace safety culture
Requirements
- Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety or Environment Management preferred
- Minimum 7 years of EHS experience in Automotive Tier-1 manufacturing companies
- Robust knowledge of Factory Act, environmental regulations, and safety management systems
- Experience in handling customer and certification audits
