About the role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM - Service Logistics Functional Consultant to join our support engagement team. This position is tailored for professionals with over 5 years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Service Logistics and the broader Supply Chain Management (SCM) suite. The role principal focus is on post-implementation system support, troubleshooting, minor enhancements, and ongoing process optimization for global or multi-location environments.

Responsibilities

- Application Support Troubleshooting: Deliver functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Service Logistics, addressing user queries, incidents, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Application Support Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and analyze issues relating to service work order management, spare parts inventory, debrief, logistics, returns, and field service operations.
- Application Support Troubleshooting: Collaborate with technical teams and/or Oracle Support on product defects, complex root cause analysis, and systemic issue resolution.
- Application Support Troubleshooting: Provide support for period-end processing and key business cycles involving service and logistics modules.
- System Enhancements Change Management: Gather, review, and analyze enhancement requests or changing business requirements for Service Logistics processes.
- System Enhancements Change Management: Implement configuration updates, minor enhancements, and participate in testing (unit, UAT, regression)



for recent features and quarterly Oracle releases.
- System Enhancements Change Management: Support interface/integration processes with Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Procurement, and Field Service modules.
- User Training Documentation: Create and update user manuals, process flow documents, quick reference guides, and standard operating procedures for Service Logistics processes.
- User Training Documentation: Conduct training sessions, user onboarding, and knowledge transfer workshops for business users and fellow support personnel.
- Stakeholder Engagement Communication: Serve as the go-to SME and main point of contact for Service Logistics functional support.
- Stakeholder Engagement Communication: Work effectively with end users, business process owners, IT, and external partners to resolve challenges and deliver optimal user experiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement Communication: Provide regular updates on incident status, system changes, and process improvements to business leaders and project stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement Best Practices: Proactively identify system gaps and process improvement opportunities based on user feedback and support analysis.
- Continuous Improvement Best Practices: Recommend and help implement Oracle Cloud Service Logistics best practices to improve efficiency and compliance.

Required Skills Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Service Logistics or related Oracle SCM modules.
- Strong understanding of service logistics processes, including service work orders, parts planning, field service, debrief, returns, and service billing.
- Demonstrated success in supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications.
- Familiarity with business process mapping, change management, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience collaborating in global, multi-location support environments.
- Oracle Cloud certification in Service Logistics or SCM modules (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills

- Experience with adjacent modules such as Oracle Fusion Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Field Service.
- Exposure to ITIL processes and enterprise support tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with integrations, data migration, and custom reporting.
- Managed service or Application Maintenance Support (AMS) background.
