About Anubavam Technologies:

Anubavam Technologies is a software and SaaS organisation. Our flagship product, Creatrix Campus, helps higher education institutions manage their student lifecycle and academic operations through AI, automation and configurable digital workflows.

You’ll support the social media presence of both Anubavam Technologies and Creatrix Campus, working closely with our marketing, design and product teams.

What you’ll do

- Create engaging content: Write social media posts, captions and short stories that make our products, people and ideas easy to understand.
- Support our social channels: Help manage LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube, with a strong focus on LinkedIn for B2B audiences.
- Plan and publish: Maintain content calendars and coordinate timely publishing across channels.
- Bring ideas to life: Work with designers to create carousels, short videos, product highlights, employee stories and event updates.
- Research our audience: Explore higher education trends, customer interests and competitor content to suggest relevant topics.
- Build engagement: Monitor comments and messages, support professional responses and flag enquiries to the right team.
- Learn from performance: Track reach, impressions, engagement,



follower growth and website clicks to understand what works.
- Use AI thoughtfully: Explore AI tools for research, brainstorming and drafting, while checking accuracy and maintaining our brand voice.

Who we’re looking for

- Graduates from business schools with a BBA, BMS, MBA, PGDM or equivalent qualification, preferably specialising in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Freshers or professionals with up to two years of relevant experience.
- Strong written English and an ability to communicate ideas clearly.
- A genuine interest in social media, content creation, branding and technology.
- Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to organise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to seek feedback, collaborate and learn through hands-on work.
- Availability to work full-time from our Chennai office, five days a week, with willingness to relocate if currently based elsewhere.

It’s a plus if you have

- Managed a college club page, student community, personal content page or internship campaign.
- Created content using Canva, video-editing tools or social media scheduling platforms.
- Completed a digital marketing certification or relevant academic project.
- An interest in B2B SaaS, EdTech or higher education.
