Job Summary

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the day-to-day of our location product line - Vectra TripGuard (road-level speeding, sold externally to fleets and insurers) and LOCEE (the speed-sign location store the core AI dashcam relies on). You'll work closely with the hiring Product Manager and own the shipping cadence of these products: discovery, PRDs, sprint-level decisions, and getting things out the door while being independent on daily and weekly calls. The role suits someone early enough in their career to be forming their taste, but mature enough to know that shipping things is the easier half of the job - knowing why you're shipping them, and whether what you shipped actually worked, is the harder one.

- Experience - 1 to 3 years
- Execution ownership - the ability to run product end-to-end from discovery through shipping, independently on daily and weekly decisions.
- Explicit written and verbal communication - most of what a PM does is land ideas in other people's heads.
- The ability to frame an ambiguous product problem before jumping to solutions: who the user is, what the goal is, what the tradeoffs are, what you'd deliberately not build.
- Strong metric fluency: you can define metrics precisely, interpret movement honestly, and tell signal from vanity.




- The habit of asking why something was prioritised, not just what was shipped - including on work you didn't personally own. Working familiarity with analytics tools (SQL and Python / pandas) is a major plus - it lets you pull your own threads on data rather than waiting on someone else.

Responsibilities

- Own the day-to-day product cadence for TripGuard and LOCEE: discovery, PRDs, prioritisation, and shipping with the engineering team.
- Define, instrument and interpret the metrics that tell us whether what we ship is actually working - kept clean, honestly read.
- Translate fleet and TSP customer problems in the Speeding and location space into scoped, defensible product bets with clear success signals.
- Partner with engineering as thinking partners through scoping and tradeoff calls - including naming what you'll deliberately not do yet.
- Communicate decisions and outcomes clearly to the rest of the org - product, GTM, AI, leadership - through PRDs, release notes, and the kind of writing people actually read.
