Role & responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, system integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, integrations, and business processes.
- Test Salesforce Agentforce capabilities, including AI agents, conversational workflows, responses, and automated actions.
- Execute test cases, document results, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Agile teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Support UAT, sprint testing, and release validation activities.
- Ensure application quality and compliance with business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Software Testing/QA, preferably with Salesforce testing experience.
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and exposure to Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service.




- Solid understanding of STLC, test case development, test execution, and defect management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, AI-driven testing scenarios, and conversational workflows is an advantage.
- Experience testing Salesforce configurations, workflows, integrations, APIs, and data validation.
- Experience supporting functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Exposure to the Utilities/Energy domain and ISTQB or Salesforce certifications are added advantages.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US Central Time (CST/CDT).
