Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Export Key Accounts Manager to manage international customers, develop export business, and strengthen relationships with key accounts in the automotive components and EV sectors. The candidate will be responsible for export sales, customer relationship management, commercial negotiations, order execution, and achieving export revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop key international accounts across assigned export markets.
- Identify recent export business opportunities in the automotive and EV industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and distributors.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, pricing, commercial negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, quality, logistics, finance, and planning, to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor customer forecasts, order schedules, shipment status, and payment collections.




- Ensure compliance with export documentation, customs procedures, shipping terms, and applicable trade regulations.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop business strategies.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, export reports, and revenue performance updates.
- Drive customer retention, account growth, profitability, and achievement of export sales targets.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or Engineering.
- MBA in International Business or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 5–10 years of experience in export sales, key account management, or international business development.
- Experience in automotive components, aluminium extrusions, precision engineering, or EV components is preferred.
- Proven experience managing international customers and handling export business operations.
