Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end software development projects from requirement gathering to delivery.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with clients to clarify project scope,priorities, and expectations.
- Work closely with Technical Leads, developers, software testers, and UI/UX designers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Monitor daily project progress, track pending tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct client meetings, project review meetings, and internal team coordination meetings.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes in requirements.
- Follow Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, where applicable.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve project blockers and maintain delivery schedules.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and action items.
- Manage client expectations and ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment,



and post-release activities as applicable.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, team coordination, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Experience working in an IT services company or software development organization.
- Proven experience managing client-based software development projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with developers, Technical Leads, testers, and other stakeholders.
- Robust client communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, time management, and decision making abilities.
