Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist with 0–2 years of experience to support our content marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of content strategy, SEO writing, B2B copywriting, social media content creation, and brand messaging. This role is suitable for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about writing, digital marketing, and creating engaging content for business audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Strategy: Assist in planning and executing content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- SEO Writing: Conduct keyword research and create SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and website content using on-page optimization techniques.
- B2B Copywriting: Write engaging blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, and other marketing materials.
- Content Marketing: Develop content to support demand generation, lead nurturing, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Social Media Content: Create and schedule engaging posts for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms while maintaining the brand voice.
- Brand Messaging: Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels.




- Content Research: Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to develop relevant content ideas.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking content engagement, website traffic, and social media performance.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and digital marketing concepts.
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Basic B2B copywriting and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency.
- Positive research, editing, proofreading, and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with the marketing team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Internship experience, personal writing samples, or a content portfolio will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, Canva, or AI-assisted writing tools is a plus.
