Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Radiology Medical Imaging Technology who will be responsible for delivering engaging and conceptually strong academic sessions for undergraduate students. The candidate will facilitate classroom learning through effective teaching methods, discussions, demonstrations, and practical activities while ensuring alignment with the prescribed curriculum.

The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and passionate about student learning, with the ability to track learner progress, conduct assessments, and provide constructive academic feedback. They will also maintain academic records, collaborate with the Campus Academics team, and actively incorporate feedback to continuously improve teaching effectiveness and ensure a positive learning experience for students.

Responsibilities

- Studying the material which needs to be taught
- Train the young students by using technology
- Take Lectures as per the scheduled format and within the given timeline
- Regularly mentoring your students
- Conducting examinations and distribution of results
- Collecting doubts and addressing them
- Organizing extracurricular activities
- Report and document student progress
- Work with the team on any other assigned task from time to time

An ideal candidate should have

- - Master s degree in MRIT with a robust understanding of hospital operations, patient-facing processes,



healthcare documentation, and healthcare-management practices.
- - Excellent classroom facilitation skills with the ability to keep learners engaged, motivated, and focused. Prior experience in teaching, facilitation, academic training, or mentoring students will be preferred.
- - Openness to feedback and a growth mindset toward teaching methods, student learning outcomes, and academic processes.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and collaborate effectively with campus teams.
- - Organized and responsible in order to manage sessions, assessments, documentation, and learner
