Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Partnerships Outreach Executive to identify potential collaborators, initiate conversations, build qualified relationships, and coordinate partnership opportunities for Startoon Labs in the healthcare technology and rehabilitation space.

The role involves reaching out to doctors, physiotherapists, influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), podcasters, healthcare organizations, and other potential partners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner Identification: Research and identify potential partners, healthcare professionals, influencers, and organizations.
- Outreach Communication: Initiate conversations through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Follow-ups Coordination: Follow up on proposals, pending responses, and partnership discussions.
- Meeting Management: Schedule meetings, coordinate discussions, and track action items.
- Partnership Development: Understand partner interests and coordinate mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Relationship Management:



Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- CRM Reporting: Maintain contact details, outreach records, follow-ups, and partnership status in CRM tools or tracking sheets.
- Campaign Coordination: Support influencer collaborations, podcasts, webinars, events, and other promotional activities.
- Internal Coordination: Work with marketing, business development, clinical, and leadership teams to execute partnership initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of relevant prospects identified and contacted.
- Outreach calls, emails, and follow-ups completed.
- Response rates and meetings scheduled.
- Qualified partnership opportunities generated.
- Progress of outreach activities into active collaborations.
- Timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
