ProCounsel is a growing admission counselling platform helping students and parents make informed decisions about colleges, courses, and admissions in India and abroad.

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements, explain our admission support services, and convert qualified leads.
- Manage the sales process, including lead qualification, follow-ups, objection handling, and closures.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers through professional communication.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and conversion updates in the CRM.
- Consistently work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with the admission counselling team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Sound understanding of sales techniques, lead management, and customer conversion is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English is required.




- Confident in handling customer conversations, objections, and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, proactive, hardworking, and target-driven.
- Strong organisational skills and a responsible approach to work.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Previous experience in the education, EdTech, or admission counselling industry.
- Knowledge of Indian college admissions, entrance examinations, and counselling processes.
- Familiarity with international/study-abroad admissions will be an added advantage.
