Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Agiloft Contract Management Consultant to support the Legal team in addressing a backlog of platform configuration changes, enhancements, and evolving business requirements. The role requires a combination of hands-on Agiloft configuration expertise, business analysis, requirements discovery, and business-process improvement.

The consultant will work closely with Legal and business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify improvement opportunities, translate requirements into Agiloft solutions, and implement/configure the required enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Work with Legal and business stakeholders to understand and prioritize the backlog of Agiloft changes and enhancements.

Conduct requirements discovery workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Configure and enhance the Agiloft Contract Management/CLM platform, including workflows, fields, rules, notifications, permissions, reports, and related functionality.

Analyze existing contract-management processes and recommend process simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities.

Translate business requirements into appropriate Agiloft configurations and solution designs.





Troubleshoot existing configurations and resolve platform/process issues.

Support testing, UAT, documentation, change implementation, and user adoption.

Partner with Legal, business, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet functional and operational needs.

Maintain explicit documentation of requirements, configurations, process flows, and implemented enhancements.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Agiloft, preferably Contract Lifecycle Management.

Experience configuring Agiloft workflows, business rules, fields/tables, permissions, notifications, and reporting.

Strong Business Analysis and requirements-gathering skills.

Experience working directly with business stakeholders and facilitating discovery sessions.

Understanding of contract lifecycle and Legal business processes.

Ability to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Experience supporting functional testing/UAT and production implementations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Legal, Contract Management, or Legal Operations teams.

Experience with Agiloft integrations and data-management/migration activities.

Exposure to CLM transformation or optimization engagements.

Ability to independently manage requirements from discovery through configuration and implementation.
