Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, product promotions, and corporate communication while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging static posts, carousels, reels, and videos for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create product brochures, corporate brochures, magazines, magazine advertisements, and magazine pages.
- Design digital and print banners, promotional materials, flyers, posters, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop professional PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for product promotions, business meetings, and corporate requirements.
- Create visually appealing product creatives while ensuring accurate product information and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver creative assets within deadlines.
- Edit images, videos, and other visual content for digital platforms and promotional activities.




- Maintain brand guidelines and organize design files and marketing assets for future use.

Candidate Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or marketing environment.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong creative thinking, visual communication, and attention to detail.
- A portfolio demonstrating graphic design work for digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, image editing, and visual hierarchy.
- Good communication skills, time management, and willingness to learn current design techniques.
