Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee daily production operations on the shop floor to ensure effective use of resources and meet productivity targets.

- Coordinate with team members to plan, schedule, and execute production activities according to established plans.

- Monitor quality control processes to maintain high-quality products and identify areas for improvement.

- Troubleshoot issues related to equipment maintenance, tooling, or material availability to minimize downtime.

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, procurement) to resolve technical issues and optimize overall plant performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within an auto components industry setting.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics, casting, forgings, heat treatment, machining processes etc.
- candidate from all over Kerala preffered.
- candidate with experience in fabrication and welding supervision preffered
