Role Category: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Role Purpose

To manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer management, joining, and post-joining follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client mandates, job descriptions, company requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, references, and networking.
- Conduct preliminary screening and assess candidates against defined mandates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions regarding role, company, location, compensation, and career expectations.




- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage offer discussions, notice-period negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Verify candidate documents and ensure smooth joining and onboarding.
- Achieve aligned sourcing, submission, interview closure, and joining targets.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with senior consultants and business development teams to understand client priorities.
- Ensure timely closure of mandates within agreed TAT.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of qualified profiles sourced and submitted
- Profile-to-interview conversion
- Interview-to-selection conversion
- Offer-to-joining ratio
- Mandate closure within TAT
- Candidate retention / reduction in fall-offs
- Database development and candidate mapping
- Monthly closures and revenue contribution
- Quality of profiles submitted

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Executive Search, Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Industrial, or Corporate Recruitment will be preferred.
