As a Technical Lead - Java, you will be a part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities
- Work with the SW core team and architects to overtime and also understand a reverse-engineered view of the design and architecture of the code including control flow.
- Responsible for creating and using benchmarks, metrics, and monitoring to measure and improve services.
- Design and develop frameworks to support models based on client requirements.
- Develop, along with the team, an understanding of the existing code base of a platform and/or product SW.
- Work closely with the lead and senior architect to provide technical capability on SW development and deployment.

Educational Qualifications
- Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Skills
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Java programming language (Java 9+), experience in Spring Boot for building Microservices, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular 12+ or ReactJS
- Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g.: MySQL, PostgreSQL), Any NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) knowledge
- Microservices Architecture implementation and design patterns (MVC, MVVM), RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience in manual testing, ability to write test cases and test plan
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g.: JUnit, Selenium)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Valuable to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with any Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Git and version control systems
