Role: Production Head

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Job Responsibilities

1. To ensure implementation of current GMP in the working area.

2. Preparation and Review of standard operating procedures in compliance with the GMP requirements.

3. Review and Execution of schedules for Preventive Maintenance, Calibration of the Equipment's.

4. To assure that facilities, equipment and process are properly validated.

5. To ensure the internal audit in the plant and CAPA for the UN-explanatory observations.

6. To ensure On-job training and GMP training to Personnel of plant.

7. To coordinate with other department for day to day activity.

8. Implement corrective measures on the basis of Quality audits.

9. Deliver the additional responsibilities as and when newly identified and assigned by management.

10. To ensure on-line documentation practice in production areas.

To ensure that products are manufactured and packed as per specification.

12. To ensure and maintain yield in each and every step.

13. To ensure environmental condition, Cleaning, Labeling, Balance Calibration, fogging in Production areas.

14. To ensure batches were packed and finished goods ticket shall be handover to warehouse on routine basis.

15. To ensure timely submission of batch records.

16. Shall be responsible for review and signing of Protocols, Batch records and Reports of the Production area.

17. To ensure the timely deliverance of Goods.

18. To Review annual product quality reports.

19. To ensure discipline of the area and maintain standards in the production area.
