Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Recruiter with experience in Non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for multiple positions across various industries, ensuring timely closure of open requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and bulk hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Shine, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage high-volume hiring for positions such as Telecallers, Customer Service Executives, Sales Executives, Field Staff, Technicians, Supervisors, and other Non-IT roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients, and follow up on interview feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS reports.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of hiring targets and recruitment deadlines.




- Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, offer acceptance, and joining.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Apna, and Shine.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and candidate management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably Non-IT bulk hiring.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also be considered.
