Role Summary

CS TECH Ai is seeking an Executive - Structural BIM Modeler to develop detailed structural BIM models and construction documentation for building and infrastructure projects, including bridges, viaducts, viaducts, tunnels, metro stations, and associated structures.

The role involves developing accurate 3D structural models, General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), reinforcement and steel models, construction details, and fabrication-level deliverables. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, structural modelling, reinforcement detailing, and multidisciplinary BIM coordination, along with an understanding of reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and structural steel systems.

Responsibilities





- Develop accurate and detailed 3D structural BIM models for infrastructure and building projects.
- Model structures such as bridges, viaducts, tunnels, metro stations, and building structures according to design specifications.
- Generate General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), plans, sections, elevations, and construction details from structural BIM models.
- Develop models to the required Level of Development (LOD) based on project stages and deliverable requirements.
- Ensure structural models and drawings accurately represent engineering design intent and project requirements.
