Role & responsibilities

Lead M&R; operations and a large team across a 24/7 schedule.

Manage P&L; performance, quality and productivity.

Use technical and hands-on M&R; experience to guide work and assess team capabilities.

Oversee manpower deployment and material utilization.

Maintain quality control while reducing material wastage.

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of DRY, Specials, Reefer and Tank container M&R; is a must with minimum of 10 years of management experience with P&L; responsibilities.

Substantial M&R; technical expertise, including hands-on experience at some stage of their career.

Experience managing a P&L; experience at approximately 100 crore scale or above is preferred.

Experience leading large teams and coordinating work across shifts.

Solid interpersonal skills and sound judgment on quality, productivity and material use.

Ability to commute regularly to the JNPA yard.
