Role Objective -

To strengthen the organization's child safety culture by conducting awareness and training programs for support staff & teachers.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Awareness

- Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for maids, drivers, security guards, and other support staff.
- Create awareness on POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences), Behavioural Safety, and Emotional Safety.
- Educate staff on appropriate behaviour, professional boundaries, child protection practices, and safe interactions with children.
- Develop and deliver straightforward, practical training materials in languages understood by the staff.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, observations, and periodic assessments.
- Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and staff competency.




- Conduct manpower audits on background verification, breath analyser testing, staff grooming etc

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; qualifications in education, psychology, social work, human resources, or safety management would be an advantage.
- 8-10 years of experience in training, school/preschool operations, child safety, quality audits.
- Experience working with frontline staff such as maids, drivers, housekeeping personnel, and security guards would be preferred.
- Knowledge of POCSO, POSH, child safeguarding, behavioural safety, and emotional safety practices.
- Good communication, presentation, observation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- NEBOSH / IOSH certifications would be an advantage.
