Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Informatica MDM platform
- Perform: Installations, upgrades, patching
- Manage: WebSphere servers, certificates, and load balancers
- Monitor: Performance and system stability
- Troubleshoot: Production issues and ensure SLA compliance
- Implement: Security and vulnerability practices
- Collaborate with: ETL, Data Engineering, and Business teams
- Support: Data governance and master data lifecycle
- Assist in: Cloud/IDMC migration initiatives

Experience

- 6-8 years of IT experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Informatica MDM Administration
- Robust exposure to production support and operations

Skills (Core Expertise)

- Informatica MDM Administration (on-premises)
- Hands-on expertise in: Linux scripting and system management
- IBM WebSphere Application Server (admin level)
- Load Balancers (ALB) & certificate management
- Environment setup, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
- MDM architecture and data models

Related Mandatory Skills

- Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure: EC2, EKS, ALB
- Vulnerability management (Linux/Windows)
- SQL and databases (Snowflake, DB basics)
- Understanding of ETL processes and integrations
