Job Responsibilities

* Lead cross-functional teams in the development, implementation, and management of connectivity, OTA, and cybersecurity solutions for automotive products.

* Drive innovation and continuous process improvements in product development and engineering methodologies.

* Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and product engineering to production and quality assurance, for assigned domains.

* Manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and meeting performance objectives.

* Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, managing contracts and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

* Ensure all connectivity, OTA, and cybersecurity features comply with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.

* Implement robust risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.

* Provide strong team leadership, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.

* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and project success, implementing corrective actions as needed.





* Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to align product strategies with overall business objectives.

Job Qualifications

* Demonstrated expertise in Cross-Functional Teamwork and leading diverse teams.

* Proven track record in Engineering Management, particularly in automotive or related high-tech industries.

* Solid background in Product Development, Product Engineering, Product Management, and Product Production.

* Extensive experience in Project Management, including managing large-scale, complex projects.

* Proficiency in Performance Management (PM) and driving process improvements.

* Solid understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) principles and their application in product development.

* In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Compliance pertinent to automotive connectivity, OTA, and cybersecurity.

* Expertise in Risk Management methodologies and their practical application.

* Exceptional Team Leadership and mentoring skills.

* Proven ability in Vendor Management, including negotiation and performance oversight.

* Strong drive for Innovation and continuous improvement
