We are hiring candidates for a leading multinational company for an International Customer Service / Voice Process in Hyderabad.

Job Details

- Experience: Minimum 1 year in international voice / international customer service
- Salary Package: Up to 4.6 LPA
- Loyalty Bonus: 20,000
- Incentives: Excellent performance-based incentives
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Cab Facility: Two-way cab
- Work Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of international voice or customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.

One-day selection process:

1. HR Interview
2. Versant Assessment
3. Operations Manager Interview

Direct Walk-in Interview Details

- Interview Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Venue: Campusmarg, Flat 405, 4th Floor, Aditya Trade Center, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
