Roles And Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services using .NET Core and C#
- Experience in Azure App Services / Azure Functions / Service Bus / Redis Cache is a must
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices to support real-time data exchange and transaction processing. Optimize API performance using caching strategies, indexing, and parallel processing
- Deploy and manage microservices in Azure Service Fabric for distributed processing
- Improve backend efficiency by optimizing queries, caching strategies, and parallel processing
- Implement HIPAA-compliant solutions ensuring secure data transmission and access control
- Work with Azure DevOps to create CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and manage releases
- Implement a centralized exception handling framework using global exception handlers, middleware, and
- structured logging. Experience using Azure Application Insights and in KQL
- Ensure that all exceptions are Optimize API performance using caching strategies, indexing, and parallel processing
- Write optimized queries,



stored procedures/Functions, and indexing strategies for PostgreSQL to handle high-volume transactions and ensure all deadlocks are handled properly
- Ensure compliance with best coding practices, security standards, and industry guidelines
- Experience in implementing Azure Service Bus
- Robust knowledge of Azure Functions for event-driven processing
- Experience in caching strategies using Redis, Azure Cache for Redis, or in-memory caching
- Experience in distributed tracing using OpenTelemetry to trace request flow across multiple services
- Experience in integrating application with Azure Key Vault

Must have Skills-

- Experience in deploying in Azure
- Experience in Windows Services
- Experience in Well-Architected Framework
- Strong experience in Resilient programming
- Experience in writing high-performance SQL queries and Postgres functions.
- Experience in developing RESTful API and oAuth2 or JWT
- US Healthcare experience is mandatory
