Value Management Engineer Completions

Role Summary

We are seeking a Value Management Engineer to support Value Engineering and cost-optimization initiatives for highly engineered mechanical products within the Completions product line.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute Value Engineering and product cost-reduction projects.
- Review engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, manufacturing processes, and cost data.
- Identify improvement opportunities in materials, machining, tolerances, standardization, localization, and Design for Manufacturing.
- Develop technical feasibility assessments and cost-saving business cases.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, and other stakeholders.
- Track project actions, implementation progress, and realized savings.
- Prepare technical reports, dashboards,



and management presentations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Exposure to manufacturing processes and Value Engineering projects.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, with the ability to interpret drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
- Experience with Creo, Windchill, and GEMS.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to highly engineered mechanical products or oilfield equipment.

Experience in Design for Manufacturing, product cost reduction, SAP, or Power BI
