Responsibilities

- Support procurement, inventory, service procurement, stores, sourcing, supplier collaboration, purchase-to-pay, access governance and audit compliance processes.
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA MM and Ariba-integrated procurement flows, including PR, PO, RFQ, sourcing, SES, GRN/MIGO, inventory visibility, vendor/supplier master dependencies and reporting issues.
- Support SAP GRC processes including access review, risk analysis, segregation-of-duties checks, emergency access governance, role testing and audit evidence coordination.
- Coordinate with business users, SAP Basis, ABAP, integration, cybersecurity, finance, procurement, stores, operations and external vendor teams for incident closure and enhancements.
- Contribute to business continuity by maintaining runbooks, knowledge base, RCA documentation, user training notes and escalation matrix.

Required Technical and Functional Skills

- SAP MM: PR/PO lifecycle, release strategy/workflow, contracts, RFQ, service procurement, SES, GRN/MIGO, inventory management, stock transfers, valuation/account assignment basics, output/forms coordination and reporting.




- SAP Ariba SLP, Sourcing, Guided Buying, Buying/Procurement, Business Network, supplier collaboration, transaction management, reporting, buyer/supplier issue triage and Ariba-S/4HANA integration awareness.
- SAP GRC Access Control concepts, role risk analysis, SoD, access request workflow, emergency access management, periodic access review, audit support and evidence management.
- Integration Tools: SAP S/4HANA integration touchpoints, Ariba CIG/BTP integration awareness, VIM/process workflow touchpoints, APIs/interface monitoring concepts, ITSM tools and transport/change management process.
- Support Methods: Incident/problem/change management, RCA, SOP/runbook creation, UAT coordination, functional specification writing, user training, SLA reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Manufacturing Context: Exposure to metals, aluminium, mining, heavy manufacturing, power generation, utilities, logistics, stores, maintenance materials or high-volume procurement environments is preferred.
