Job Summary

Millennium IT Training Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Civil Engineering Trainer to deliver high-quality training in civil engineering concepts and industry-standard design software. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in both theoretical and practical aspects of civil engineering, including structural design, construction planning, project management, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). The trainer will be responsible for preparing students with industry-relevant technical skills through classroom instruction, hands-on practical sessions, AI-assisted engineering tools, and real-time project exposure. The candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of mentoring students, and committed to developing job-ready professionals for the civil engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training on civil engineering fundamentals, including structural engineering, surveying, construction materials, RCC and steel structures, foundation engineering, transportation engineering, and environmental engineering.
- Train students in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Revit, BIM tools, GIS, Primavera, and MS Project.
- Conduct practical lab sessions, live demonstrations, workshops,



and project-based learning activities to strengthen technical skills.
- Teach structural analysis, building design, quantity estimation, construction planning, scheduling, and project management techniques.
- Integrate AI-powered engineering tools and automation technologies into civil design, planning, and BIM workflows.
- Guide students through real-time industry projects, case studies, structural analysis, and infrastructure design assignments.
- Develop training materials, lesson plans, practical exercises, and project documentation aligned with current industry standards.
- Assess student performance through assignments, practical evaluations, technical tests, presentations, and project reviews.
- Provide technical mentoring, career guidance, and interview preparation to help students achieve placement success.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in civil engineering technologies, BIM practices, construction methodologies, and AI-driven engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure high-quality training delivery and successful student outcomes.
- Foster an interactive, professional, and industry-oriented learning environment while adhering to the institute's academic policies and quality standards.
