Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage the company's overall Accounts, Finance, and Compliance functions.
- Handle finalisation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage RERA compliance, financial documentation, and CA certifications as required.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for project funding, loan documentation, and banking activities.
- Monitor project cash flows, budgets, fund utilisation, and financial planning.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports to support business decisions.
- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other financial assessments.
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of accounting activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)



and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- 23 years of post-qualification experience; experience in real estate or construction companies is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of real estate taxation, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA regulations.
- Experience in finalisation of accounts, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
- Practical knowledge of project finance, cash flow management, budgeting, and bank liaison.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and ERP systems such as Farvision or SAP.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to prepare and analyse MIS reports.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple financial and compliance activities independently and meet deadlines.
