Role Overview

The Personal Banker is responsible for managing customer relationships, driving CASA business, ensuring high service standards, and supporting branch banking operations. The role includes sales, service, crosssell, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

- Handle walkin customers and assist with accountrelated queries.
- Provide prompt resolutions and maintain high service quality.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding for savings and current accounts.

2. CASA Acquisition & Sales

- Drive CASA (Savings & Current Account) acquisition through open market, references, and branch leads.
- Crosssell banking products like FD, RD, insurance, digital banking, and debit card activation.
- Achieve monthly business targets assigned by the branch.

3. Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Educate customers on digital banking channels (mobile app, net banking).
- Handle KYC updation,



account servicing, and retention.

4. Operational Responsibility

- Ensure complete and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with operations for account opening, KYC, and service requests.
- Follow all compliance & regulatory guidelines.

5. Branch Support

- Assist Branch Manager and RM team in daily branch activities.
- Participate in customer engagement, lead generation, and local marketing.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and customerhandling skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and procedures.
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of CASA, KYC, and branch operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation mandatory.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in Banking / NBFC / CASA Sales / Customer Service.
- Candidates from Jalgaon, Raver, Yawal, Bhusawal, Savda preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
