Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the security of network systems and data.

• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and updates.

• Oversee user access management to ensure appropriate permissions and security.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system hardware and software problems.

• Manage IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. • Implement and manage data backup and recovery processes.

• Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of computer hardware.
