Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a International Voice Process in Hyderabad. Candidates must have good communication skills in English.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate can apply (PC and CMM Mandatory)

Positive verbal communication skills in English.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Must be comfortable working from the office and in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries over phone calls.

Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.

Maintain high customer satisfaction.

Meet quality and productivity targets.

Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Salary & Benefits:

5 days working, 2 rotational off's

Salary up to 3.7 LPA.

30 to 40% hike on current CTC, depending on experience and eligibility.
