Job Overview:

Workday Integration Consultant will design, develop, and support integrations across the Workday HR platform.
The ideal candidate should l have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs, along with a strong understanding of HR business processes.
This role requires close collaboration with functional teams, business stakeholders, and downstream system owners to ensure stable and scalable integration solutions.

Key responsibilities :

- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using:
- Workday Studio
- Core Connectors
- EIB (Inbound & Outbound)
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- PICOF / PECI




- Support end-to-end integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, configuration, testing, deployment, and postproduction support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, security issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Partner with functional Workday teams (HCM, Talent, Comp, Absence, Payroll, Time) to ensure alignment of integration solutions with business needs.
- Develop and maintain technical design documents, sequence diagrams, test scripts, and support materials.
- Work with 3rdparty vendors and internal IT teams to ensure smooth data exchange with downstream systems (e.g., payroll, identity management, advantages, finance, CRM).
- Support Workday releases by assessing impacts on existing integrations and implementing necessary updates.
- Follow best practices for integration design, error handling, logging, and security.
- Engage in production support and incident resolution as part of a global support
