Operations, Compliance & Process review

Overview: Involves continuous monitoring of operational and financial activities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and strengthening internal controls. Your role will help in improving systems and processes, coordinating with departments, and ensuring timely implementation of audit recommendations.

1 Review and monitor data entry in the Project Monitoring (PM) Tool to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

2 Conduct ongoing audits of revenue, expenditure, and operational processes to assess compliance and control effectiveness.

3 Identify control gaps and recommend improvements to systems, processes, and internal controls.

4 Perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and transaction reviews.





5 Coordinate with departments for closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.

6 Monitor compliance with PF, PT, ESIC, TDS, GST, and related returns and statutory filings.

7 Prepare audit reports, observations, and management recommendations.

8 Support process reviews and compliance audits to enhance operational efficiency and governance.

Additional Info, if any

- Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.
- Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Good aptitude for systems and processes in IT enabled workplace.
