Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented skilled to manage import customs clearance, IGCR compliance, bond management, DGFT Advance Authorizations, and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate import shipments, customs clearance, documentation, and duty compliance.
- Manage IGCR declarations, utilization records, and bond applications, maintenance, and closure.
- Handle DGFT Advance Authorization documentation, tracking,



and export obligation closure.
- Maintain import, consumption, and stock balance records in coordination with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Finance.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and ensure timely regulatory filings.
- Support internal and statutory audits, including Customs/DGFT assessments.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 35 years of relevant experience in import-export, customs clearance, logistics, or trade compliance.
- Experience in IGCR and DGFT documentation will be preferred.
