Budget:- 17K CTC - 21K CTC [ Based on Experience ]

Tele Sales Executive

Any UG or Graduate with 6 Months of on paper experience can apply.

Budget:- 22K CTC

Six Days of working

one rotational Week off

Roles & Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through phone, and social platforms
- Assist customers with product/service information, troubleshooting, and navigation
- Manage customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Aim for first-contact resolution to enhance customer satisfaction




- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services
- Suggest process improvements and contribute to overall customer experience
