Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, and dispatch operations.

Allocate manpower and assign tasks to team members based on operational requirements.

Monitor shipment processing, ensure timely dispatch, and achieve daily productivity targets.

Ensure accurate scanning, shipment segregation, and proper handling of shipments.

Track team performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to shift schedules.

Coordinate with operations managers, transport teams, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective actions to minimize delays.

Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.

Maintain housekeeping, equipment utilization, and discipline within the warehouse.

Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues to the reporting manager.
