We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 8-13 years of experience and a strong background in Agile methodologies, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Facilitate Sprint Planning and ensure the team is aligned with project goals.
- Remove impediments or guide teams to do so by working closely with Product Owners and Development Teams.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports.
- Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders through daily stand-ups, sprint reviews,



and retrospectives.

Job Requirements

- Robust understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
