- Must have established contacts and strong working relationships with vessel owners and ship charterers worldwide.

- Must be capable of independently sourcing vessels, negotiating charter rates, and handling vessel fixing from initial inquiry to final agreement.

- Should have a robust network in the international shipping and chartering market.

- Must be able to independently negotiate competitive and commercially workable rates without day-to-day supervision.

- Proven experience in vessel fixing and direct negotiations with shipowners and charterers is mandatory.
