Job Responsibilities

- Pack finished products according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Check product quality, quantity, labels, and packaging materials before packing.
- Ensure proper sealing, labeling, coding, and carton packing.
- Maintain daily packing records and production reports.
- Coordinate with the production, quality control, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure packing targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and housekeeping guidelines in the packing area.
- Minimize packing material wastage and prevent product damage.
- Report defective products, packaging issues, and shortages to the supervisor
- Ensure packed goods are ready for dispatch on time

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 10th pass or 12th pass
- Experience in packing, production, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of packaging materials, labeling, and quality checks.
- Ability to maintain records and follow standard operating procedures
- Valuable teamwork, attention to detail, and time management skills
