Job Summary:

We are looking for a enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound customer queries, generating leads, and driving sales growth. A successfully hired candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasive abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

- Key Responsibilities
- Outreach & Calling: Contact prospective and existing customers over the phone to introduce products/services.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.
- Sales & Conversions: Pitch offerings effectively, understand customer needs, and close sales transactions.
- Objection Handling:



Address customer doubts, questions, and objections professionally to build trust.
- Record Keeping: Accurately update customer details, call logs, and follow-up schedules
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve overall product and service offerings.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent degree.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Customer Service Agent (Freshers with robust communication skills may apply).
- Languages: Proficiency in Tamil, English
