- Train existing telecallers and Business Development Executives (BDEs) to improve sales performance and conversions.
- Review actual call recordings, identify gaps, and provide practical feedback to improve calling quality and customer handling.
- Conduct live role-play sessions for lead qualification, objection handling, follow-ups, site visit bookings, negotiation, and closing.
- Improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion rates through practical sales techniques.
- Develop effective calling scripts and follow-up strategies tailored to real estate projects.
- Must be fluent in Telugu and proficient in English.
- Track team performance and demonstrate measurable improvement through periodic reviews.
