- Must have prior experience handling a sales team as an ATL (Assistant Team Leader) or in a similar role.
- Responsible for managing, guiding, and engaging the sales team.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Provide team support, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills are required
