? Job Responsibilities

? Field Sales & Business Development

- Identify and approach potential exhibitors, manufacturers, brands, and sponsors for upcoming exhibitions.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and present exhibition participation opportunities.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
- Build strong relationships with clients and convert prospects into confirmed exhibitors.
- Promote exhibition stall bookings and sponsorship packages to potential clients.
- Develop new business opportunities across assigned industry segments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and exhibition-wise booking goals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Update client information, sales activities, and follow-up status in the CRM or reporting system.

? Team Management & Sales Planning

- Plan daily field visits, client meetings, and sales activities.
- Monitor sales performance and maintain regular reports.




- Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Support business growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management.

? Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, events, or trade shows is preferred.
- Ability to independently manage client meetings and close sales.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM or sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
