Customer Support InternShip in the Mouth, Bengaluru

- Positions: 1
- Type: 2-month internship, followed by a full-time role
- Location: Gracemor office, 2nd floor, 2.1 Social Co-working, Horamavu, Bengaluru
- Hours: 10 am to 7 pm, with 1 weekly off (mostly Sunday)
- Stipend: Rs 15,000 per month during the internship
- Reports to: Customer Support Manager

What you will do

- Help manage online orders from our website, WhatsApp store, Amazon and other platforms.
- Reply to customer queries by phone, WhatsApp and email, in a friendly and professional way.
- Call customers when there are delays or anything to clarify about an order.
- Help book shipments with courier partners, and pass the shipment details to the dispatch team.
- Help keep stock availability updated on all online stores.
- Check all online stores regularly for new bookings, updates and issues.
- Coordinate with the finance team on payments, refunds and settlements.
- Keep the CRM and order records up to date.
- Tell the team early about complaints, delays or repeated issues.

What we are looking for





- Proficient in English, Kannada and Hindi, with transparent and polite communication.
- Organised, and able to handle many orders and messages at the same time.
- Comfortable with computers and phones, and quick to learn online store dashboards, a CRM and spreadsheets.
- Patient with customers, and calm when something goes wrong.
- Careful with details such as addresses, order items and amounts.
- Eager to learn and take feedback.
- Lives in or near Horamavu, or can reach it easily every day.

An advantage (not required)

- Earlier internship or work in customer support, order management or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplace dashboards.
