Key responsibilities

Record day-to-day accounting entries, including purchases, sales, expenses, bank, and cash transactions.

Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documentation.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable; follow up on pending payments.

Perform monthly bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Support preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and reconciliations.

Prepare invoices, verify bills, and maintain organized records for audits.

Work with accounting software such as Tally, or similar tools.

Support the finance team with ad-hoc analysis, documentation, and process improvements.
