Job Summary: Yeldam Kitchen is looking for a highly experienced Senior South Indian Cook with 10+ years of experience in bulk food production, corporate catering, and large-scale kitchen operations. The candidate must have strong expertise in preparing high-volume South Indian meals while maintaining consistent taste, quality, hygiene, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle large-volume cooking for corporate meals and bulk food production.
- Prepare South Indian dishes, including rice varieties, sambar, rasam, dal, curries, vegetable preparations, and chutneys.
- Plan and execute daily meal production based on order quantities and production schedules.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion sizes, and food standards across large batches.
- Manage raw materials, ingredient quantities, and cooking processes efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.




- Minimize food wastage and maintain productive utilization of ingredients.
- Coordinate with kitchen management and production teams to meet daily meal requirements.
- Handle high-volume production while ensuring timely preparation and dispatch.
- Guide junior cooks and kitchen staff to maintain production standards.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 10+ years of experience as a South Indian Cook or Senior Cook.
- Proven experience in large-scale bulk cooking and high-volume food production.
- Experience in corporate catering, industrial kitchens, central kitchens, institutional catering, or large food production facilities is preferred.
- Ability to handle large meal volumes and meet strict production timelines.
- Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine, bulk cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
- Experience managing kitchen staff and production workflows is an advantage.
