We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage interior finishing and final-stage construction activities in residential projects. The candidate should have practical site experience, positive coordination skills, and the ability to complete work within quality standards and project timelines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise residential interior finishing and civil works at project sites.
- Handle flooring, tiling, painting, wall putty, plastering, gypsum ceilings, and carpentry coordination.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other finishing activities.
- Read and understand drawings, measurements, levels, and specifications.
- Monitor workmanship, material usage, and quality standards.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, labourers, and vendors.
- Track daily work progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve site issues, defects, and finishing-related problems.
- Conduct quality checks and support final inspection and handover.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the project team.
