- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Suggest menu items and actively upsell products.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional manner.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly maintained.
- Clear used crockery, cutlery and glassware promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant floor.
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff.
- Follow all service standards and management instructions.
- Maintain a polite, helpful and presentable demeanour.
