Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls for payment follow-ups and overdue collections.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding dues and payment commitments.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Tele Collections (DRA or Non-DRA).
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a focus on collection performance.
- Immediate joiners required.
